A historic industrial building on Milwaukee`s north side would be converted into affordable apartments under a new proposal.
Perlick Historic Lofts would have 72 units in the four-story, 70,000-square-foot building at 3100-3112 W. Meinecke Ave., according to plans filed with the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority.
