ASHWAUBENON – Workers on Wednesday blocked off Brookwood Drive in advance of the start of residential construction in the Green Bay Packers` Titletown District .
The Packers plan to build 70 to 90 townhouses along Brookwood Drive between Ron Wolf Way and Marlee Lane. A 150-unit apartment building and five-story office building are planned for the western end of the district along Marlee Lane.
A building permit was
issued June 10 for construction of a 15- to 20-foot high podium on top
of which the apartment and office buildings will be built. Parking will
be under the podium. The project is valued at $28 million...
