Local developers who will buy the Milwaukee Athletic Club in April partnered with a Denver operator for the 96-room hotel and restaurants planned as part of the downtown building’s “top-to-bottom” restoration.
That’s according to a letter sent to
MAC members this week by J. Jeffers & Co., which teamed with
Interstate Development Partners on the $70 million project at 758 N.
Broadway in downtown Milwaukee...
