Ken Notes: This is fascinating because Foxconn is still not sure what it will be building in Wisconsin. They are building a technology hub on several sites and in several communities and I remain optimistic -- as are they. BUT anyone suggesting they know what Foxconn will build or how big they will become is using a crystal ball and an ouija board, and I have found that both tools are not well suited to economic development.
