The cobalt blue 310W office building on West Wisconsin Avenue is in the midst of a $30 million retooling that will update common areas, add a tenant lounge with a golf simulator and bring new retailers opening onto its ground floor plaza.
Some of that work has already begun as owner Time Equities Inc. of New York City seeks to fill about 400,000 square feet in the building. About $15 million of the rehab is slated for commons areas, and the remainder is to build out vacant spaces for new tenants, said Brad Gordon, director of acquisitions....
