The Madison City Council has chosen Gebhardt Development to build a tower on the block of Judge Doyle Square with the municipal building. Gebhardt`s plan is a $52 million, mixed-use project with 196 apartments, 78 of which would be deemed as affordable.

Ken Notes: Wow I am confused here, same building, great developer, great design, I like this project. If we want to address issues lets talk Madison neighborhoods, no sighting options for micro housing, no sub 150K homes being built in the city, cherry picking who gets affordable housing, not finding real solutions that are affordable, perpetuating the hand out rather than hand up model. If we want to fix a problem we need to work together, we can ask for a mix of properties on each floor, but please remember Gebhardt IS a business so pointing finger accusing them of being a business just seems strange. I am guessing ALL the residents of the property will be treated well because it is a great place to live...
