Westown Association moving to 310W office building

The Westown Association business group that has contributed to the ongoing revival of the west side of downtown Milwaukee moved to the 310W building, marking the first new lease announcement for the office property since a $30 million renovation started.

The Westown Association organizes events including the Wednesday farmers markets at Zeidler Union Square and the River Rhythms summer concerts at Pere Marquette Park. It also does advocacy work on topics such as the streetcar system and catalytic development efforts, said executive director Stacie Callies.
