Here`s a good problem to have: the new Ian`s Pizza in the renovated
Garver Feed Mill closed at 2 p.m. on its opening day Wednesday to
restock ingredients after such high traffic.
Ian`s Pizza Madison
said on Facebook, "Holy Cow! We are humbled by the welcome we`ve
received from the east side community already. We are sad to report that
we`ve run out of dough and other freshly prepped ingredients crucial to
maintaining the high quality of our food.
Today at 2 p.m. we
are going to close down for a few days, restock our ingredients, and
work on dialing in our operations so that we can deliver the Ian`s Pizza
experience we expect and you deserve....
Ken Notes: I just want to congratulate all involved for creating a great adaptive reuse of the Mill. Form the look so far this we be a fantastic project.
