disappeared, and another would-be housing project at 401 Wisconsin Ave.

Capital President Erich Schwenker said last week that his company
decided not to do the YMCA tower project at 725 Lake Ave. He did not go
into detail about that decision but said: “The mayor had a vision; we
will not be involved in that.” ...
