Ken Notes: I know, this is old news and it suggests the finger pointing I detest, but he is so correct it hurts. Wisconsin`s potential as a hub for distribution, new corporate and manufacturing centers, as well as removing many of the cars and trucks from our roadways is (and was) amazing.
