St. Louis hotel investor Midas Hospitality entered the Milwaukee market this month with its almost $26.5 million purchase of the Aloft Hotel near Fiserv Forum.
The 160-room hotel opened in 2009, and was developed by Jackson Street Holdings LLC in Milwaukee. A real estate deed confirming the sale and price was published Thursday.
