Milwaukee Tool buys 82 acres for Menomonee Falls campus


Milwaukee Tool completed three land acquisitions for its Menomonee Falls research campus development, including an $854,625 purchase from local developer Zilber Property Group.

The company bought 14 acres on Flint Drive from Milwaukee-based Zilber, and plans to build an approximate 240,000-square-foot industrial office building there. Ken Notes: I love this commitment to the State. Milwaukee Tool makes a great product and the industry continues to expand. I also like the development agreement that allowed the village to participate in the project. I wish more communities would purchase land for development then make it available to the businesses they want in their community....
