AMMO, Inc. Announces Plans to Construct a $12 Million Plant, Tripling its Manufacturing Footprint in Wisconsin

AMMO, Inc. (Nasdaq: POWW ) (“AMMO” or the “Company”), a premier American ammunition and munition components manufacturer and technology leader, has entered into a term sheet with the City of Manitowoc, Wisconsin to acquire in excess of 35 acres in the Manitowoc Industrial Park (“MIP”) for the purpose of constructing an expanded loaded ammunition and brass casing manufacturing plant.
