WAUKESHA, WI—The Waukesha Common Council will meet on Thursday for a public hearing regarding a 36-unit condo development.
The Aspen Overlook condominium development will be located on the west side of Tenny Avenue directly across from the Meijer store, on a currently vacant, 11 acre of land.
The project will be 9 four-unit buildings, for a total of 36 condo units. About five acres at the south end of the property will be left as green space, according to city documents.
