Manufacturer Says It`ll Still Have More Than 2.5K Employees In WisconsinKimberly-Clark plans to relocate about 250 jobs to Chicago, mostly from the Fox Valley. The global manufacturer behind brands like Kleenex, Huggies and Kotex struck a deal with former Gov. Scott Walker in late 2018, allowing the company to receive up to $28 million in grants. In return, Kimberly-Clark committed to investing in its Fox Valley facilities, keeping jobs in Wisconsin and buying from Wisconsin suppliers. "It is disappointing that Kimberly-Clark has chosen to move these jobs out of Wisconsin, especially as our state is just beginning to recover from the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic," Secretary Missy Hughes, of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corp., said in a statement...
