The owner of the 48-room property that opened in 2011 is putting the hotel up for sale. It could very well continue to be a hotel, depending on who purchases the property. But a real estate listing is also touting that it could be renovated into a building for multifamily housing.
Ken Notes: Sad to see this for sale, I followed the development in WDN and remember the large number of delays and redesigns. Time is money and in this case it may have taken too long. I actually like the building, rooms, lobby space and the Wise restaurant and bar. I hope and believe it will become a cool new project.
