With the city poised to absorb most of the town of Madison next year, planners are sketching out a new vision for the evolving South Side that could include hundreds of millions of dollars in development and improvements between Wingra Creek and the Beltline.The latest development concepts, based partly on community feedback this summer, are aspirational at this point. But they will be part of a coming South Madison Plan, to be introduced to the City Council later this fall and possibly adopted in 2022...
